DO YOUR MACHINES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Warranty cards (included with Parts Manuals) must be returned. When a problem occurs or a defective component is discovered, contact our Parts Department immediately. In the case of a defective component we will assign you an RGA Number and ask that you return the defective item to:

We will then determine whether the part can be repaired or if it should be replaced and will quickly follow up with the correct course of action.
Our priority is to keep any down-time to a minimum, therefore, we will act on any problems and/or parts orders immediately. Although we do our utmost to use the finest components and maintain a high level of quality, all problems cannot be avoided so we strive to work through the problems quickly and efficiently.
There is a 15% restocking charge on all returned parts not covered by warranty.
